Co-build a new quality network chain for win-win high-quality industrial development-Guizhou Xijiu 2024 Supply Chain Conference was successfully held

On October 18, the Guizhou Xijiu 2024 Supply Chain Conference with the theme of "pioneering and innovating, co-build a new quality network chain for win-win industrial high-quality development" was held at the Xijiu Operation Center. More than 180 Xijiu partners from all over the country gathered in the Aobu Wine Valley to participate in the event, jointly explore a new chapter of high-quality development, and jointly draw a new future for cooperation between manufacturers.

Wang Diqiang, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman and General Manager of Xijiu Group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. On behalf of Xijiu Group, Wang Diqiang expressed his sincerest gratitude to all the partners who have always cared about the development of Xijiu, supported the development of Xijiu, and moved forward with Xijiu. He also delivered a speech entitled "Adapting to the new and moving towards the new to jointly build the green, digital, technological, flexible, integrated and clean 'six major supply chains' of Xijiu". He pointed out that Xijiu has been upgraded to a large-scale state-owned enterprise under provincial management, and the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Government and all sectors of society have placed higher expectations on Xijiu. At present, Xijiu is united both inside and outside, and its production and operation are stable and improving. At this critical juncture, Xijiu and its partners should build a closer cooperative relationship, meet new challenges together, and jointly contribute to the construction of an important national liquor production base, and make new contributions to local economic development and social progress.

Wang Diqiang reviewed the deep friendship between Xijiu and its partners in various historical periods, systematically summarized the series of achievements made by Xijiu and its partners in the past two years, made an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the liquor industry and Xijiu's own advantages, and made arrangements for the future supply chain work of Xijiu. He emphasized that, first, it is necessary to run through "end" to "end" to create a green supply chain. Practice the "dual carbon" concept, promote the construction of the ESG system, and gradually establish a full life cycle control from the supply end to the consumer end. Second, it is necessary to integrate "industry" and "number" to create a digital supply chain. Continue to build digital platforms such as Junpinhui and ERP systems, and establish a digital supply chain with a high degree of integration of business and data. Third, it is necessary to focus on "hard" and "soft" to create a technology supply chain. Promote the application of scientific and technological research and development in the fields of automated packaging, mechanized production, warehousing and logistics, and establish a technology supply chain with both technical hard power and talent soft power. Fourth, it is necessary to anchor the "front" and "back" to create a flexible supply chain. Strengthen the early product reserves, strengthen the market tracking in the later stage, and establish a flexible supply chain with "reserve in the front and feedback in the back". Fifth, we need to coordinate "horizontally" and "vertically" to create a fusion supply chain. We need to strengthen exchanges between manufacturers and collaboration between chain points, actively promote supply chain finance, strengthen linkage in key areas and coordination in key links, achieve effective connection between upstream and downstream supply chains, and establish a fusion supply chain that is coordinated horizontally and vertically. Sixth, we need to build a "close" and "clean" supply chain to create a clean supply chain. Guided by Junpin culture, we need to more strictly manage the Xijiu cadres and staff team, build a new win-win pattern of "close" and "clean" manufacturers, form a "close but moderate" manufacturer relationship, and create a "clean and capable" work atmosphere.

Wang Diqiang noted how the future of Xijiu has an infinite potential and that there is also a bright future for the supply chain. We look forward to the collaboration with partners in promoting and producing green materials, propagating germinating concepts and building green supply chains that would enhance social sustainability; together employing technological tools to develop a unified digital platform that would help raise the level of automation in the liquor sector; together seeking and developing measures that would facilitate Smart Brewing, seek out and develop human resources for supply chain management, and support the whisky industry innovation; together forming strategic reservoirs and developing a usable supply chain framework based on the shifting of parameters, making the supply chain more agile and cost effective. These collaborative activities could also be extended to include the fashioning of an integration exchange system for participating manufacturers to create a smoother interaction between the several supply chains which come together Heuring justification the formulation of a clean supply chain erasing the image of corruption and crime, focusing on producing fine wines paired with morals and uprightness. Everyone is welcomed to participate and facilitate the completion of the Xijiu-six major supply chains, which would be green, high digitized, advanced in technology, flexible, integrated and most importantly clean.

At the onset of the meeting, Zeng Fanjun remarked that the supply chain forum was conducted at the critical juncture of the evolution of Xijiu Group into a large state owned enterprise managed at the provincial level, and noted that the purpose was to fortify further the Xijiu supply chain system, add up further the resilience and security level of the alcohol industry chain supply chain and together try to enhance the supply chain conference on the alcohol industry. It is anticipated that the partners would render even more facilitating action to Xijiu, and together with Xijiu, embrace change and move onwards, and join efforts towards developing the xing vah nurseries at Xijius six supply total system chains and build a new growth model of co connotation and sharing while benefiting others. The leaders who attended the meeting presented rewards to the 65 partners who emerged top and thanked them for the efforts that they made together with Xijiu. They also expressed hope that all partners would continue to work hand together with Xijiu and come up with new ideas that would enable consumers to get better products and services than before.

At the meeting were Gao Feng, vice president of JD Group and head of JD Logistics Industry Key Customer Department, Yuan Jun who is the general manager of Xishui County Hongjing Warehousing and Logistics Chain Co. , Ltd and Chen Yuren Deputy General Manager of China Construction Strait Construction Development Company, spoke as partner representatives and indicated that Xijiu intended to continue collaborating with Xijiu by working together with other parties, increasing the level and quality of cooperation, building strong partnerships for collaborative advancement and demonstrating high quality development strategies.

Ahead of the meeting, a preliminary working meeting on the Guizhou Xijiu 2024 Supply Chain Conference was conducted by groups which watched warning spirituality and education films, enforced conveyance of integrity documents on the relevant policies regarding partner management.
